21 days before you decide to pay

The upcoming offer includes 21 free days with Pro features so you can evaluate the service before buying. A paid period requires a separate purchase after the trial. We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee after payment: refunds are available where required by applicable law or to correct an erroneous charge.

The free trial does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Turning off future renewal does not itself refund the current period; access continues until it ends. Ending the current service and a refund on legal grounds are handled separately as described below.

How to stop renewal

Once web payments launch: Account → Subscription → Turn off renewal. We confirm the result and access end date on screen and by email. Paid access remains until the period ends. There is no mandatory call, questionnaire or requirement to cancel 24 hours in advance. You may separately end the current service and request a refund.

You can also email [email protected] at any time, whether or not your account is accessible. Include your account email or order number. Cancellation takes effect on receipt, not when an agent later reads it. You can use the same channel to revoke authorization to use previously supplied payment details for recurring charges. We do not use them for such payments after revocation and correct erroneous charges.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your account through our service stops web renewal. A purchase through Apple or Google must be managed through the relevant store; we show the appropriate route while preserving mandatory rights against the responsible trader. You can request a refund without signing in.

Statutory refund rights

Ordinary cancellation of renewal leaves the current paid period in place. We refund duplicate or unauthorized payments, charges contrary to a received cancellation and amounts refundable under applicable law. Rights concerning faults, non-supply, changes and statutory withdrawal remain after the free trial.

How to request a refund

Once web payments launch: Account → Subscription → Request a refund. You can already contact the provider at [email protected]. Include enough information to locate the payment and your request. Describe a service fault or erroneous charge; no reason is required where the law allows withdrawal without one. A special form or account access is not required, and verification requests are proportionate.

We acknowledge your request and explain the outcome. We process a refund due to you within 10 calendar days of receiving the request, or sooner where law requires. Internal review does not extend a mandatory deadline. We use the original payment method unless law requires otherwise or another method is lawfully agreed. Bank processing after the refund is sent may take additional time; we provide evidence to trace it.

An immediate request to end the current service takes effect on receipt under applicable law, or on a permissible later date you specify. The monetary calculation is separate and does not delay the termination. A refund for the terminated contract ends the corresponding access; a duplicate or earlier-period refund does not remove other valid paid access. If no other paid plan remains, you retain Free and your records.

Statutory withdrawal

For covered EU/EEA and UK distance service contracts, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion. Applicable law governs how the period is counted, extensions, exceptions and rights on later contracts. A separate paid purchase has its own period; it does not run from the free trial’s start.

Using a continuing service does not itself waive withdrawal. A request for early service performance and any applicable separate digital-content consents are not bundled with renewal or a blanket refund waiver. Applicable law and the actual circumstances determine the refund amount and any permitted deductions.

You can give an unequivocal withdrawal notice by email to [email protected] or by post to the provider. Where law requires, a separate online withdrawal function is available throughout the applicable period, with a retainable acknowledgement. It must be provided before sales open in that market; ordinary renewal cancellation or email alone does not replace it.

Optional notice: “I withdraw from my contract for [service], concluded on [date], order [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only if submitting this optional form on paper. This is not the only accepted way to contact us.

Applicable version

Edition dated 27 October 2026. The new offer applies only after launch and separate acceptance at purchase; the free trial starts after accepting its terms and a first successful AI action. Previously accepted terms are not changed retroactively. Purchase records include the provider, offer, price, period, renewal choice and terms version; we provide a retainable copy in the confirmation.
